There’s no substitute for hard work

We are more than a company; we are a powerhouse—a tough, determined workforce driven by the same goal as the industrial service companies operating in the pulp and paper, and energy industries: to guarantee better practices and better outcomes.

Empowering industry.
inspiring people.

Every day, we utilise our abilities, experience, and strength to repair, maintain, install, inspect, and, in some cases, manufacture highly specialised components, keeping companies and industries running at full force. We exist to deliver on this promise. We earnestly help our partners and prepare and empower our own people to grow and discover new horizons. We are committed to providing reliable repair, maintenance, installation, and inspection services for our partners, and through our hard work, we strive to propel the industry forward.

Nordic Power Service (NPS) was established by a small group of dedicated professionals in Varkaus, Finland in 2011. The company has always preferred to let its work speak for itself. And that is a good mindset considering the company has grown to have a combined services turnover of roughly 26 M€, while employing a team of more than 100 dedicated workers, plus a wide, respected subcontractor network. We strive to be there for our partners whenever they need us. Understanding their needs, cooperation, transparency, and working side by side with them every step of the way always guarantees a successful outcome.

Our process nurtures constant learning and inspires new ideas. We see challenges as opportunities. Our maintenance, repair, and installations are intended to stand the test of time, and our business relationships are no different. We provide quality services, work within prescribed budgets, and consistently meet and beat tight timelines.

But let’s face it, those are just words.
We are NPS and we’d rather show you what we’re made of.

We plan, coordinate, and work as a team to support industrial service companies tackle the most demanding maintenance, repair and installation jobs to keep the pulp and paper, and energy industries operating at full force.
