Our NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) services utilise advanced techniques to evaluate the properties of materials, components, or systems without causing damage, including:
Visual testing (VT)
Basic yet powerful, VT involves the inspection of equipment and structures using the naked eye or with magnification tools to identify surface defects.
Penetrant testing (PT)
A highly sensitive method used to detect surface-breaking defects in non-porous materials, utilising liquid penetrant to reveal flaws.
Magnetic particle testing (MT)
This technique employs magnetic fields and ferrous particles to detect surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials.
Radiographic testing (RT)
Utilising X-rays or gamma rays, RT provides a detailed view of internal structures to identify defects or irregularities.
Ultrasonic testing (UT)
Through the use of high-frequency sound waves, UT assesses the thickness or detects internal flaws in materials.
Phased array ultrasonic testing (PA UT MA)
