Why personal data is processed

This NPS Privacy Statement applies when NPS and its subsidiaries process your personal data when you interact with us in the following cases:

• To provide services to you when contact from us is requested
• To manage recruitment processes and process job applications

Legal basis for processing personal data

Your consent, when requesting contact from us. You can always withdraw your consent, after you have given the consent.

Agreement with you, when you apply for a job in NPS. Processing your personal data such as CV and application is necessary for NPS to handle your request before a contract is entered into.

Sharing of personal data

NPS consists of different subsidiaries. To be able to provide services for you NPS may share your personal data across companies in the NPS Group.

Data processors

NPS uses processors to process personal data. These processors are typically vendors IT services i.e. cloud services used in web services and communication platforms.

When using processors, NPS and the processor have valid agreement to safeguard your privacy rights. Data processors are located within EU/EEA area.

Data retention

NPS will store your personal information as long as required to perform our obligations. Your per-sonal data may be subject to different retention policies based on the type of data and the purpose of collecting it. When recruiting, NPS will delete your personal information such as CV, application and other documents when the recruitment process is closed, typically maximum 6 months after application deadline, unless otherwise agreed upon with you.

Your rights

The following rights are applicable in relation to processing of your personal data:

• Access. You have the right to request a copy of personal data we process about you.
• Rectification. Request correction of the Personal Data that we hold about you.
• Withdraw your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent on using your Personal Data.
• Deletion. You can request us to delete personal data relating to you.
• The right to file a complaint. If you consider the processing of your personal data to be in conflict with the currently valid legislation, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority.
